Phase Change

          A phase change that I saw today after school was when I went outside and there was a puddle of water. When I stayed a little looking at it I saw that the puddle was getting smaller and smaller. This happened because the water was evaporating which is when the water turns from liquid to a gas. This was happening because the water is receiving the heat energy of the sun. That is a phase change that I saw outside of class today.

Too Hot/Too Cold 😒😅

Three different things that heat up in different rates are plastic, metal, and paper.
 The plastic heats up fast because of the material that it has.  It also depends on the size of the plastic.
 The metal heats up slow because it's material is heavier and it is harder for the heat to go throw all the material.
 The paper heats up sort of fast because the paper is very light and it is easier for the heat to go through the molecules of the paper.  🔥🕯

Doppler Radar 🤔🙄

A Doppler radar is used to find out the weather. How does it work? Well, the Doppler radar detects motion toward or away from the radar and from the locations precipitation areas.  This Doppler radar has been helpful to detect thunderstorms and to determine if the clouds rotate; which is how tornadoes are formed. 🌪🌊😅

Interference 🌊

Do you know what constructive and destructive interference is?  Well if you don't know I can tell you.

Constructive interference is when the crest of a wave interacts with the crest of another wave to increase the amplitude.
 Destructive interference is when the crest of a wave interacts with the trough of another wave to decrease the wave.

As you can see the difference is that constructive interference is for increasing the amplitude and destructive interference is for decreasing the amplitude.
-an example in my life is;
   When I had a problem and my friend was "helping" me, instead of helping me she said things that made my problem worse. So it decreased the point of me showing I didn't do something wrong.
-an example of constructive is;
  When I had a meeting at a school and I had to dress up. Well I put something good on so I could impress them. This increased my image to look good and professional. 😌
